Privacy Policy

1. Data used by the app

SUMEVIA processes only information the user enters for personal finance tracking: accounts, balances, income, expenses, transfers, categories, required payments, the financial plan, savings goals and app settings.

This information is stored in an encrypted local database on the device. The current version of SUMEVIA does not send it to a SUMEVIA server.

2. What the current version does not include

• no accounts or registration;
• no cloud backup or synchronization;
• no Firebase, analytics or advertising SDKs;
• no advertising, server or artificial intelligence features;
• no bank connections or automatic bank transaction import.

3. Local data protection and deletion

The key for the encrypted local database is stored in Android Keystore or Apple Keychain. A PIN only unlocks the app and is not the encryption key.

The user can delete the local profile in the app settings. Uninstalling the app also removes its internal data according to operating-system rules. A local backup stored in an external folder must be deleted separately by the user.

4. Local backups and notifications

A backup is created only when the user requests it and is stored in a folder selected by the user. SUMEVIA does not upload that backup to the cloud.

Reminders are scheduled locally on the device. System notification permission may be required, but no push-notification server is used.

5. Contacting support

When the user voluntarily opens a support email, the user decides which text, information and screenshots to attach. The app may prefill technical details such as the SUMEVIA version, device model, Android version, language, screen size and orientation, interface theme, date and time. Financial data is not added automatically.

The message is sent through the email app chosen by the user. Processing by the email provider is governed by that provider's own terms.

6. Website and policy changes

When sumevia.com is opened, the browser and website hosting provider may process standard network information such as an IP address and access logs. The app does not combine this information with local financial records.

This policy may be updated when the app's capabilities change. The current revision date will always appear on this page.

7. Responsible individual, country and contact

This policy is published by Максим Панфёров, an individual and the creator of SUMEVIA. The country and applicable jurisdiction are the Republic of Azerbaijan.
