1. Purpose of the app

SUMEVIA is a tool for self-managed personal finance tracking and planning. It helps record transactions, view balances and calculate an estimated safe amount for the day.

SUMEVIA is not a bank, payment system, financial adviser, investment service or legal service. Information and calculations in the app are not financial, banking, investment, tax or legal advice.

2. User responsibility

The user is responsible for the accuracy of entered data, the security of the device and backups, and all financial decisions made with or without reference to the app.

Before an important payment or financial decision, the user should independently verify actual balances, dates and commitments.

3. Local operation and data preservation

The current version works offline and stores data locally. It has no account or cloud recovery. The user creates and keeps local backups when that feature is available on the device.

Deleting the local profile, losing the device, resetting the system or uninstalling the app may permanently remove data if no suitable backup exists.

4. Acceptable use

The app is intended for lawful personal use. SUMEVIA must not be used to violate the law, the rights of others, device operation or app security.

5. Accuracy and availability

We aim for correct calculations, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that calculations fit every personal situation. Features may change, be corrected or become temporarily unavailable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Максим Панфёров is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions based solely on SUMEVIA data or forecasts.

6. Creator, applicable law and contact

These terms are published by Максим Панфёров, an individual and the creator of SUMEVIA. The country and applicable jurisdiction are the Republic of Azerbaijan.
